It’s been awhile since we had a meal this thought provoking. We spent most of the time wondering what we were eating, and left only knowing that we liked it. The food was strangely good. There’s a new Chef 👨🍳 in town, and he is zealous to say the least. Impressively, the restaurant earned it’s Michelin star in only 6 weeks from the grand opening. All of the ingredients except the proteins were harvested from their very own 22 acre farm. Loved the usage of herbs and edible flowers.
