Dined at Chef’s counter tonight to see the action. We had the best hushpuppies ever and the duck with orange chips was superb. This new restaurant was recently opened by my favorite Chef, Grant Achatz, known for his famous restaurant Alinea. Unlike Alinea, its ambiance is much more casual and the food was of a familiar variety only elevated. Of course his restaurant quickly earned a Michelin star. Very delicious.
