Finally got a reservation to this exceptional restaurant. Every course was delectable, but the Foie Gras was the best I’ve had anywhere. The non-alcoholic drink pairings to each course was also amazing. Loved how the Chef put a lot of creativity and thought into the zero-proof drinks, each was distinct in taste and complimented the meal perfectly. It was difficult to find as some of these types of places are. The entry was in an inconspicuous alley with minimal signage. The foyer was rather atypical because we weren’t sure if we were in an abandoned warehouse or a restaurant, but there was a welcome drink and smile from the host. Once the warehouse horizontal doors opened, the private dining setting beyond was intimately elegant.
