Sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere cuisine tonight. Have you ever tried Wendy’s fries with the frosty? The potato leek soup with vanilla freeze dried ice cream was literally a foggy dream of this. Chef’s interpretation of these simple types of ideas are fun & delicious. This restaurant looked like it was in a warehouse, but once inside it was a moderate sized dining room. The timing of the menu was coordinated to where all the guests began dinner at the same time and received each course together as well until the end. Though each party had their own table, it was a communal experience and distinct to participate in.
